1 General Terms and Acceptance

By accessing the bgd22 platform, completing registration, or using our services, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

The bgd22 terms and conditions, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy together form the legal basis for use of our services. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the user and bgd22.

bgd22 reserves the right to refuse or restrict any user's access to the platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

• You must be a real individual and may not register on behalf of any corporate entity.
• Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same person (under the same name, address, device, or payment method) will be closed immediately.

• You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.

bgd22 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document may be required. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Any activity carried out through your account will be treated as having been performed by you.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

To deposit funds into bgd22, you must use a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be declined or forfeited.

All deposit amounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). bgd22 does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may charge a separate fee.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests will be processed only to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to an alternative method approved by bgd22. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed while any active bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled. bgd22 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bgd22 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. It is the user's responsibility to read the relevant terms in full before claiming a bonus.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If manipulation or use of multiple accounts is proven in connection with a bonus claim, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• bgd22 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer without prior notice.
• Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

5.1 VIP Program Terms

The bgd22 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver, and up to 1.0% for Gold. Progression through VIP tiers depends on the user's overall account activity. bgd22 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on bgd22 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. The outcome of every game is determined in a completely impartial and unpredictable manner through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• Any attempt to manipulate or tamper with game outcomes will result in immediate account closure.
• Transactions from games affected by technical errors may be cancelled or adjusted at bgd22's discretion.
• If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome, notify the support team within 24 hours.
• If a game is interrupted due to a network outage, bgd22 will act in accordance with its recovery policy.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bgd22 platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Fraud, use of bots, or operating games through automated software.
• Opening multiple accounts or registering using a third party's identity.
• Abusing the bonus system or obtaining bonuses through manipulation.
• Attempting to hack or damage the platform's systems or software.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for a minor.
• Harassment or inappropriate conduct toward other users.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

bgd22 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should not be treated as a source of income. We encourage all users to play responsibly.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

• Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Identification of a minor user.
• Suspected money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).

Users may also request closure of their account at any time. An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed, except in cases of terms violations.

13 Changes to Terms
